Social Networks
Facebook is a social network created in 2004. There we create a profile and interact with friends. We can exchange private messages in Messenger, post our thoughts, photos and videos, make comments and put "likes". It also has got a lot of applications and games.
Twitter is a social network created in 2006 where users can post personal updates and thoughts into text up to 140 characters or view posts from other users. We can also send and receive private messages. In this application there are Trends to find out the news of the day.
Skype
Skipe is a program created in 2003 to talk with people anywhere in the world for free. We can make video calls or voice calls and share documents with others. It can be used in a mobile phone, a computer or a television if you are connected to the Internet. This application shortened the distance amongst people.
Google+
Google+ is a social network created in 2011. It joined many applications that already existed. You can share photos, make comments, create events or do video conferencing. There are Circles (groups of friends) that can be organized by topics making it easy to share documents with them.
Tumbrl
Tumbrl is a social network like Twitter, created in 2007 where we can post texts, images, videos and links. Usually posts are short and can be shared on other social networks. We can follow other users and fave or reblog their publications.
Pinterest is a social network created in 2010. Users can post their pictures on the wall or share pictures of other users. They can also comment on pictures of other users. This site was voted one of the best programs of 2011 by Time magazine.
